CREATIONS 2026

Having reached the end of a transition that began two years ago with the arrival of Jessica Martin Maresco and Samuel Ber as the new artistic directors, and which was completed this year with the arrival of Grégory Sallet, La Forge is now ready to bring its new artistic vision to life.
Two projects are being launched in 2026: Climatiques Songs and Micromégas Open Source.

Climatique Songs

After two years devoted to exploring the work of the composer Moondog, Chien Lune is embarking on a new phase of his artistic work with the creation of the original program Climatique Songs.

During the “Baroque” era, nature was often viewed as a model of organization, a reflection of a higher order. Today, this relationship has been profoundly transformed: disrupted by the Anthropocene and shaped by concepts such as solastalgia, it has become a source of both concern and inspiration. Climatique Songs brings these perspectives, without offering any explanatory commentary.

Micromégas Open Source

To mark Micromégas’s 30th anniversary in 2027, a major ‘anniversary concert’ celebration will be organised.

Ideally, this concert will involve everyone for a 20–30-minute segment (5 to 8 pieces). This will be an opportunity to collaborate with the RBnB Trio (Majid Bekkas – oud, guembri and vocals, and Emile Biayenda – drums) on a repertoire of Eastern Gnawa African music, linked to the creation of new pieces adapted for the open-source Micromégas project.
